Container houses and container restrooms operate in vastly different environments; standardized configurations are not always suitable, particularly in regions characterized by extreme cold, high heat, high altitudes, or deserts. During production, we customize our thermal insulation, waterproofing, and anti-corrosion strategies based on factors such as local temperature ranges, diurnal temperature fluctuations, humidity, snowfall, UV exposure, dust levels, and the intended service life.

In extremely cold regions, the priority is not merely increasing insulation thickness but minimizing thermal bridges and the risk of condensation. Depending on project requirements, we select insulation materials-such as rock wool or polyurethane/PIR-of appropriate thicknesses for walls, roofs, and floors. We pay special attention to treating steel frames, wall panel joints, areas around doors and windows, and utility penetrations to reduce cold air infiltration and prevent indoor moisture from condensing on metal surfaces. For container restrooms, we also implement freeze protection and insulation for plumbing systems to prevent pipe freezing in low temperatures.

In high-temperature regions, we focus on mitigating solar radiation impact on roofs and exterior walls. Heat transfer is reduced through measures such as increasing roof insulation, installing thermal breaks, optimizing roof structures, and selecting exterior coatings suited to the local environment. For units exposed to intense sunlight, we prioritize the weatherability and UV resistance of coatings rather than focusing solely on initial color or aesthetics.

High-altitude regions present a combination of challenges, including significant diurnal temperature fluctuations, low temperatures, intense UV radiation, and specific constraints regarding transportation and on-site installation. Consequently, we adopt an integrated approach to insulation, waterproofing, and exterior coatings, paying close attention to critical areas prone to heat loss or water leakage, such as doors and windows, wall panel joints, roof junctions, and equipment interfaces.

In desert and arid regions, we address not only high temperatures but also sand and dust, intense UV radiation, and wide temperature swings. We apply enhanced anti-corrosion treatments to exposed steel structures, weld seams, cut edges, and connectors, selecting primer, intermediate, and topcoat systems tailored to the specific environmental conditions. Additionally, we reinforce the sealing of doors, windows, and equipment interfaces to minimize the ingress of sand and dust. For container housing and container restrooms, we prefer to determine specifications based on the sequence of "climatic conditions → thermal insulation structure → waterproofing details → anti-corrosion system → on-site usage conditions," rather than applying a standardized set of materials across all regions. This approach ensures that the thermal insulation, waterproofing, and anti-corrosion solutions are better aligned with actual operating conditions, while also facilitating future maintenance and replacement.
