At 8:30 am on January 14, Fangda Mofang organized 20 management employees of the company to hold a management course training opening ceremony. This training session invited two professional teachers, Jiang Jinping and Zhang Yujian, from Benxin Zhishang, to come and give lectures and guidance.
In order to better enhance the learning atmosphere and achieve the best results, the 20 management employees were divided into two groups on site for the group pk competition of this training. The training and learning officially began under the advocacy of Mr. Chen, the founder of Fangda Mofang.
The training lasted for 3 days, and the four sections of job responsibilities, target control system, conference system and corporate culture were discussed in depth. At the meeting, the employees were attentive, took notes, and the teachers carefully guided and interacted.
There will be targeted group assignments for everyone to complete every day. The members of the two groups are actively discussing, cooperating with each other, and have clear division of labor. Finally, they rely on teamwork to complete their respective management course assignments.
In addition to the teacher's lectures and homework, each employee must communicate and share learning experiences with each other, learn from each other's strengths and weaknesses, and share the gains.
After 3 days of fierce competition between the two groups, the first group led by the Foreign Trade Department, Promotion Department, Design Department, and Cultural Tourism Department finally won. Based on the principle of "friendship first, competition second", the two groups fully carried forward the spirit of unity, friendship, and hard work, and fully demonstrated the good spirit of Fang Daren.
The three-day training ended successfully. Everyone learned, exchanged ideas and communicated on technology in the lectures. The success of this management training marks the company's firm commitment to employee development. We believe that by continuously improving the management and leadership qualities of employees, the company will be able to better adapt to changes, cultivate a competitive team and lay a solid foundation for future success.
