At the Chengdu Fangda Mofang workshop, whenever an Australian order is received, the production schedule features three prominent red notations that distinguish it from orders for other markets: "Target 7-Star Energy Efficiency," "Fixed 2.4m Clear Ceiling Height," and "Dedicated Fire-Resistant Materials."
While we do not hold the NCC certification ourselves, our manufacturing processes strictly adhere to the technical specifications provided by our Australian clients. To meet the demands of the Australian market, the factory operates under a rigorous set of "Special Process Protocols for Australian Exports":
1. "Redundant Configuration" for Insulation
Australia's NCC 2022 raises residential energy efficiency standards to a 7-star NatHERS rating; standard 50mm EPS panels are no longer sufficient. For Australian orders, we allocate specific production capacity for 75mm–100mm composite sandwich panels. Our foam production line allows for flexible density adjustments, ensuring the delivered units possess sufficient R-value margins in their thermal calculations-providing the certified engineers you hire locally with ample room for adjustments.
2. Specialized Jigs for High-Profile Base Frames
To guarantee an interior clear height strictly exceeding 2.4 meters, we have abandoned standard base frames in favor of welding with specialized high-profile jigs and molds. After each base beam is welded, quality inspectors use laser distance meters to verify elevations point-by-point, eliminating any reduction in clear height caused by welding deformation.
3. Material Staging Area for Bushfire-Prone Areas (BAL)
A dedicated staging area in the workshop is reserved for BAL-compliant fire-resistant materials. For Australian Bushfire-Prone Areas, we stock rock wool and magnesium oxide (MgO) board substrates that have undergone preliminary burn testing at authoritative domestic laboratories. We include comprehensive material reports with every shipment, facilitating data traceability when you submit samples to local NATA-accredited laboratories for testing.
