First, after confirming the customization requirements and order details with the buyer, our professional R&D and design team will formulate a detailed production plan, including material selection, structural design and process arrangement. Then enter the factory production stage: we use high-strength steel containers as raw materials, go through strict anti-corrosion, anti-rust and waterproof treatment, and assemble core components such as filtration and circulation systems, with strict quality inspection at each step to ensure product compliance with international standards.
After production is completed, we carry out professional packaging to prevent damage during transportation. For overseas delivery, we cooperate with well-known logistics companies and provide four common flexible trade terms to meet different needs of overseas buyers: EXW (Ex Works), meaning the buyer picks up goods at our factory and bears all subsequent costs and risks; FOB (Free On Board), we deliver goods to the designated port and load them on the ship, with the buyer responsible for sea freight and insurance; CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), we bear the cost of goods, sea freight and insurance, and deliver goods to the buyer's designated port; DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), we take full responsibility for all costs, risks and customs clearance, and deliver goods directly to the buyer's designated location. We arrange transportation according to the buyer's needs, provide detailed installation guidelines and after-sales support, and track the transportation process in real time to fully solve the worries of overseas procurement.
