Packing for Sea Freight
Standard units are stackable – we design frames with fork‑lift pockets and corner castings for safe container stuffing.
We use anti‑rust film and corner protection; optional wooden crating for high‑value or fragile interiors.
Recommended: Order a spare parts kit (seals, hinges, bulbs) with your shipment to minimise downtime.
Unloading and Placement
Most units are delivered on flatbed trucks. Ensure the site has a crane or telehandler with adequate lifting capacity (weight: approx. 800‑1,200 kg per standard cabin).
Place units on a level, compacted surface – avoid mud or slope to prevent tank shifting.
Quick Installation Checklist
Electrical: Match voltage – we pre‑wire for your country (110V/60Hz, 230V/50Hz, etc.). Only connect to a protected circuit with RCD.
Water: If using a pressurised supply, install a backflow preventer.
Waste: For holding tanks, locate a designated pump‑out point accessible by service trucks.
Ventilation: Ensure the roof vent is unobstructed; we provide passive or powered vents.
