With the development of international trade, a large number of shipping containers are idle after completing their transportation mission. The reuse of these containers can reduce costs, and their purchase price is relatively low compared to traditional building materials.
The transformation and utilization of shipping containers is in line with the concept of sustainable development, reducing the generation of waste and excessive waste of resources. So such a low-cost, sustainable development concept of shipping container transformation container house came into being.
Shipping container transformation is a relatively complicated process. First of all, you need to know the specific specifications of the transformed container house and design relevant renderings. Then, according to the window and door positions, the box body is cut; then the door and window positions of the box body are welded and edged to facilitate the installation of doors and windows; then the surface of the box body is polished for easy painting; after polishing, it is time to spray paint. The process of the external structure is completed. After the external spray painting is done, the internal structure is made next; first, polyurethane needs to be sprayed on the wall part to play a role in thermal insulation; then wooden wall panels, integrated wall panels, floors, and ceilings are laid; the bathroom part needs to be made separately; finally, the general structure and style of the container house are out. This container house has a layout of one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom, and is made according to the customer's requirements.
