Factory Production and Project Delivery Process
This container house was manufactured by our factory according to the actual requirements of a mining project in Guinea. A marine shipping container is used as the main structural base, with the interior divided into three functional areas: an office, a duty room, and a bathroom.
During production, we focus on structural modification, interior layout, electrical and plumbing installation, dimensional accuracy, and pre-shipment inspection to ensure that the finished unit corresponds to the approved project drawings and technical requirements.

Project Requirements Confirmation
Before production starts, we first confirm the product configuration based on the customer's intended use, site conditions, and functional requirements.
For mining projects, the main information to be confirmed includes the number of users for the office and duty room, bathroom configuration, electrical requirements, water and drainage arrangements, door and window positions, and site installation conditions.
If the unit will be shipped by sea, we also confirm the container type, transportation method, destination port, and unloading conditions at the project site. Parameters such as voltage, sockets, and plumbing connections are based on the customer's confirmed technical specifications rather than automatically using a standard domestic configuration.

Marine Container Selection and Inspection

This project uses a marine shipping container as the structural base, rather than fabricating an independent lightweight steel-frame building from scratch.
Before modification, the container is inspected with particular attention to the overall condition of the box, corner posts, top and bottom side rails, floor frame, and original container doors.
Since the container will subsequently undergo modifications such as door and window openings and service connections, the condition of the original container structure needs to be confirmed before entering the modification process.
One of the main considerations in converting a marine shipping container is that new openings and functional modifications need to be made within the original container structure.
According to the approved production drawings, door, window, equipment and service openings are made at designated locations. Where structural members are affected by cutting, corresponding structural treatment or reinforcement is carried out according to the design requirements.
During production, we check the dimensions and positions of openings as well as the welding quality of reinforced areas to reduce installation problems caused by dimensional deviations.
Because the original main structural components of the marine container are retained, this construction method differs from buildings fabricated entirely from lightweight frames and panels. The actual structural capacity, however, depends on the container type, modification method, reinforcement arrangement and engineering requirements.

Interior Functional Areas
After the main structural modifications are completed, interior work is carried out according to the approved layout.
For this project, the interior is divided into an office, a duty room, and a bathroom.
The office area is arranged with reserved positions for office equipment and electrical points according to the intended use. The duty room is configured according to the personnel requirements. The bathroom layout is coordinated with sanitary equipment, water supply and drainage.
At this stage, we check the dimensions and positions of the different functional areas against the drawings to reduce potential conflicts during installation.
Electrical, Plumbing and Bathroom Installation
- The bathroom is one of the areas requiring close coordination during production.
- Water supply and drainage pipes are arranged and reserved during wall and floor installation, with their positions coordinated with the sanitary fixtures. Electrical wiring is installed according to the confirmed electrical specifications.
- For export projects, the electrical system is manufactured according to the customer's confirmed voltage, frequency, socket type and equipment requirements rather than assuming a single standard configuration.
- If the customer provides the connection locations for on-site water and drainage systems, these positions can also be incorporated into the production drawings in advance to reduce adjustments during site installation.

Pre-Shipment Inspection
|
|
|
|
After production is completed, the finished unit is inspected against the approved production drawings and project configuration. The main inspection points include:
Where testing can be completed at the factory, the relevant electrical and plumbing systems are checked before shipment. For connections that can only be completed on site, interfaces are reserved and identified according to the project documents. |
Loading and Ocean Transportation

Since the product is converted from a marine shipping container, the completed unit can be transported as a complete containerized unit by ocean freight, without requiring the finished building to be loaded into another standard shipping container.
After the customer's inspection and payment procedures are completed, we coordinate with the freight forwarder to arrange vehicle collection from the factory and proceed with subsequent shipping arrangements according to the requirements of the shipping line.
During transportation, we continue to follow the shipment and logistics status. For project-based orders, we can also provide relevant loading, shipping and arrival documentation according to the customer's requirements.
The actual transportation method, vessel schedule, port handling arrangements and whether the unit can be shipped directly as containerized cargo are subject to the product dimensions, weight, shipping line, port conditions and selected route.
Factory Production Experience
|
From our manufacturing experience, the requirements of a mining-site container house are not limited to its interior functions. Project requirement confirmation, marine container modification, site-condition matching and transportation arrangements need to be considered together. For this project, we used a marine shipping container as the structural base and carried out the required functional modifications while retaining its main structural components. The office, duty room and bathroom were arranged within one containerized building unit. During production, we focus on checking structural openings, reinforcement locations, electrical and plumbing routes, and functional-area dimensions. A final inspection is then carried out against the approved drawings before shipment. The purpose of these procedures is to ensure that the production process, technical parameters and final configuration are based on identifiable project requirements rather than making performance claims that cannot be verified. |
