Project Background
An outdoor park project in America required a practical toilet facility for visitors. The site had limited access to a convenient water supply, while the project budget needed to be kept under control. The customer therefore needed a compact solution that could provide basic sanitation facilities without requiring extensive on-site infrastructure.
Configuration
Based on the site conditions and expected usage, the unit was configured with two independent toilet cubicles. Since connecting the toilet to a permanent water supply would have increased the site installation requirements and overall cost, a water tank system was selected to provide the water needed for flushing. This configuration reduced the dependence on fixed water connections and was more suitable for the park environment and project budget.
Factory Production
The toilet unit was manufactured and assembled at Chengdu Fangda Magic House according to the confirmed layout and configuration. During production, the factory checked the two-cubicle layout, door operation, sanitary fixtures, water tank installation, and related plumbing connections. The completed unit was inspected before shipment to ensure that the actual configuration matched the project requirements.
Delivery & Site Use
After the factory inspection was completed, the toilet unit was arranged for transportation to America. At the park site, the unit was positioned according to the customer's planned location, with the water tank and relevant plumbing connections completed as required. The final setup provided the park with an independent toilet facility without relying on a complex permanent water-supply system.
