How is a container complex built?

The process of building a container complex involves several stages, including planning, design, manufacturing, transportation and installation. The first step is to determine the specific needs of the container project and develop a detailed plan and budget. Next is the design stage, where the designer communicates with the client several times to confirm the client's needs and create a practical and beautiful design.

After the design is completed, the manufacturing stage begins, and the container is modified and customized to meet the specific requirements of the container complex. This includes cutting and welding containers, installing insulation layers, and adding windows, doors and other fixtures. The container also needs to be polished and then painted and coated to help extend the service life of the container complex.

After the manufacturing stage is completed, the individual finished containers are transported to the installation site. This involves carefully loading the containers onto trucks or trailers and then transporting them to the site. After the containers arrive, cranes lift the containers into place and secure them together.

The final stage is splicing and decoration. According to the requirements of the design drawings, multiple container units are placed together, and the locations of stairs, office areas, and toilets are found in advance. First install the electrical and piping systems, then weld the two boxes on site, and then connect the interior decoration of the boxes. The container complex is completed. The entire process requires the person in charge of each link to firmly control it, and it also requires everyone involved to find problems in time and communicate to solve them.

1. Are shipping containers hot to live in?

In fact, if no measures are taken, the container house will indeed be very hot when used in summer. We can consider making some modifications to the interior and exterior walls of the container, such as adding insulation materials, pasting wall panels on the exterior walls, and installing air conditioners inside to ensure that the container house can provide comfort under any temperature conditions. Living Space

2. Why do  container house only last 25 years?

The service life of a container house depends on the environment in which it is placed and the degree of maintenance. If well maintained, the lifespan of a container house can reach 25 years or more. Or use shipping containers to modify them. Compared with ordinary containers, container houses converted from shipping containers use more solid materials and have a service life of at least 30 years. If they are properly stored, they can last for 40-50 years.

3. Are shipping container homes prone to mold?

Certain conditions are required for the production of mold in a container house. In a humid environment, mold is more likely to breed and will corrode the container. In addition, being exposed to mold for a long time will also cause irreversible health problems to the human body. Therefore, for the health of the body and the container house, To extend the service life, please choose a dry area to place the container house.
