This product is a two-story black container bar module, custom-designed for the US market and suitable for outdoor commercial settings. The structure is built from weathering steel and finished with an industrial-grade black anti-rust coating. A custom illuminated advertising lightbox is mounted on the exterior for nighttime branding, with graphics that can be swapped according to client needs.
The interior comes fully fitted for bar operations, featuring non-slip flooring, sound and thermal insulation, a bar counter layout, and pre-installed plumbing and electrical systems. It is equipped with a professional beer brewing system and a commercial ice maker; once positioned and connected to utilities, the unit is ready for immediate operation.
The structural design and equipment selection comply with relevant North American safety and sanitation standards, facilitating import customs clearance and local regulatory compliance. Designed for crane-assisted transport, the unit is suitable for a variety of temporary or semi-permanent locations, such as parking lots, event venues, and resorts.

Manufacturing Experience
Steel Pre-treatment
The enclosure structure utilizes weathering steel. Prior to welding, the steel undergoes sandblasting to achieve an Sa2.5 rust-removal grade, effectively eliminating surface mill scale, rust, and oil contaminants.
Welding
Frame welding is performed using CO₂ gas-shielded welding. Weld bead height is no less than 4mm; full double-sided welding is applied to the enclosure corners, door frames, and load-bearing joints. Critical welds undergo random ultrasonic testing (UT) for non-destructive inspection.
Coating
Following welding, an epoxy zinc-rich primer (zinc content ≥80%) is applied, with a dry film thickness of at least 60μm. Spraying and curing operations are conducted within an enclosed spray booth.

Certification
The company holds ISO 9001 quality management system certification. CE certification can be provided upon request to meet the requirements of the destination country for export.
Factory Inspection
Each unit undergoes the following inspections prior to leaving the factory:
- Measurement of structural dimensional deviations
- Sealing integrity test for plumbing and electrical conduits
- Verification of door and window operation and waterproofing performance
- Inspection results are documented and retained; products are cleared for shipment only after passing inspection.
